A: Money can be added to your account in the Business Office. Meals plans can also be upgraded in the Business Office (extension 5210), it is located in the LRC and is open Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 6:30 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm.
A: The money can instantly be added to your account by contacting the Business Office.
A: Please bring your ID to the Sodexo Office between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. If the ID is cracked, bent, or ripped the ID must be replaced at the Campus Security Office (extension 5222).
A: In case of a missing ID card please go to the Sodexo Office. A stop on your card will be enacted, preventing other transactions on your card from taking place.

A: Account balances are re-loaded every week for fifteen weeks per semester. Balances carry over from the first semester to the second semester as long as you remain a resident student. In the event you withdraw from school, or from housing, the balance is forfeited.
A: After making a purchase the receipt will reflect items purchased along with the remaining balance on your account.
